There are three main detection methods commonly used by packing tape manufacturers now:
1. Adhesive viscosity: After the strap is packaged, there must be more than 80% adhered together.
2. Combustion observation method: After igniting the Packing Belt, the flame is yellow up and down blue with small black smoke, and there is molten dripping.
3. Strength test: Each batch of incoming materials can be packaged and tested in a carton containing 30Kg, that is, hold the strap for 20S in your hand and shake it violently for 3 times within 20S. The strap must be intact.
