1. Can we get your samples?
Sure. Our samples can be provided for our customers to test quality.
2. What is the normal lead time?
For stocked products, we will arrange the delivery in 3 days after received your
payment.For custom products, we will arrange the delivery in 7- 20 days after
received your payment.
3. What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a. Any quality problem about our products please contact us within 15days after you
get the goods.
b.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm
the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We do leak test for 3 times before packing.
